A Pause

The pause

We need a pause to notice. A moment of stillness. A space where we listen. Not to the outside but to the inside. To be in our innerness. Incoming information is relentless. There is an expectation to react and to act.

The pause is a gift. A moment to notice, to listen and to nourish our innerness

Whereever we are, we can pause, whether we are standing, sitting, alone or in company

Slow the breath, feel it in the body, notice the shape change it creates. Bring a hint of a smile to the lips and the eyes. Allow the eyes to have a soft focus

Just Pause

The more we practice the quicker we slip into this space of embodied health and self care

The pause is being present for ourselves. And once we are, we can be present for others
