I am embracing the online world for weekly yoga classes, monthly meditations, reiki shares and reiju. There is plenty of opportunity to meet in the real world: therapies (massage, reflexology and reiki), individual yoga lessons, therapeutic coaching and retreat days. I am still very much here to support and meet with you.

January yoga practices focus on reducing the accumulated heaviness of winter, preparing us for early spring and the increasing light.
Select one or two classes each week, with recordings available from the end of the week. (If you’ve missed the first class, I can send you the recording.)

A small group have been meeting each month to share ideas and sit in quiet meditation. This is now provided online which hopefully makes it more accessible to more people. If you can sit and breathe, you can meditate – having a mind that is empty of thought is not necessarily meditation!

A reminder that there is a day retreat at the end of February. These days are a space to connect and reflect. Faith in the yoga tradition is a commitment to practice and to trust in that practice and know that there is something bigger that is beyond us. Last year, I asked Rachel to work with me to bring her experience of faith practice from Christian perspective. I wanted to encourage people to gather whatever their faith or non-faith, in the spirit of community and compassion. The emphasis of the days are our human-ness, guided by the heart and spirit.

A reiki share is a time to meet to give and receive reiki. Shares are uplifting as well as grounding. If we have not met before and you would like to join a share, please send me an email to arrange a conversation: Contact

I have a new collaboration with Bosom Buddies Bristol. They support individuals through their breast cancer journey. The charity provides breast cancer patients with access to complimentary therapy sessions at no cost.
Anyone who has received a breast cancer diagnosis within the Bristol NHS Group (South Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset) within the last three years is eligible for their voucher programme.
Please contact Bosom Buddies direct to organise your vouchers and then contact me to book your appointment: Bosom Buddies Bristol
