There are a few spaces left on the women’s wellbeing day on the last Saturday of November. The day focuses on our relationship with winter through the practice of yoga and Ayurveda. It includes yoga practice, self-reflection and group work to discover how we relate to the colder, darker months of the year
By the end of the day, we will have looked at the movement and stillness within the season. Some people love it, some hate it and others are ambivalent but it is a totally necessary part of the year cycle, mentally, emotionally and physically
