Yoga at the Winter Solstice
I’m very excited to invite you to an online yoga and meditation space to celebrate the winter solstice
The winter solstice symbolises rebirth and new beginnings. It is a time to honour the inner journey of the darker months and to name our intentions for the year ahead
This is a LIVE event to incorporate sunrise at 8.13 am on the solstice
- When: 0745-0845, Friday 22 December
- Where: online/ zoom
- Cost: £10 (payable at time of booking)
- I will contact everyone before the event with additional information about the practice
AND something for the new Year
I know I should only talk about one thing per post … I am going to be offering Seven Days of Practice (online) starting at the New Year. This will be a combination of recorded and live sessions. More details will follow in December
