repost: Reasons to meditate (with working link)
There is an evening and a daytime meditation group. During June we are looking a different ways of meditating. I will be running the four part course again. I am hoping to set up a regular meditation meeting. At the moment we meet via zoom and it works surprisingly well. I have every intention of contining online groups beyond lockdown. Meeting up and sharing space will be available in the future: Evening/Daytime Meditation
