Life Online 2026

I have just done that classic thing of looking for my glasses and they were on my head! Perhaps it’s time to slow down and embrace the turning of the year at the Solstice and celebrate a bit of magic over Christmas and the New Year! I’m looking forward to seeing you in the morning to connect to the point of year where the sun stands still: Winter Solstice Yoga

Next year sees a new online schedule of goodies. My intention is to offer more options for you to find connection and stillness. People are finding it harder to commit to taking time out – a sign we need to make this a priority. This year I opened the Hub. This has been enjoyed but unfortunately is not sustainable. I was keen to work face to face but the online option is here to stay and has been embraced with people enjoying the virtual world’s accessibility and flexibility. This does offer benefits to me and to you. I hope you will take advantage of the options on offer

The last Meditation Café for 2025 was today. So I will end this message with our inspirational reading by Mary Oliver

THE WORLD I LIVE IN

I have refused to live
locked in the orderly house of reasons and proofs.
The world I live in and believe in
is wider that that. And anyway,
what’s wrong with Maybe?

You wouldn’t believe what once or
twice I have seen. I’ll just tell you this:
only if there are angels in your head will you
ever, possibly, see one.
