The winter solstice is a time to honour the dark as well as the return of the light. To consider the year that has been and to prepare for the year ahead. On Friday morning, I will be teaching an online yoga class to honour this celebration. Our embodied yoga practice will be interspersed with time to reflect and journal, to breathe and to dream.
After the class, I will send out a suggested meditation for the Solstice on Sunday, using some of your writing from the class to create your own wishing water and strengthen your intention to make your wishes a reality.
I hope the space will provide you with an opportunity to breathe and dream as well as be in your body.
