THERAPIES

I added Thai Bodywork to my practice in 2007 following study with Adam Carter. Adam invited me to teach the Thai Massage & Bodywork diploma course for BCMB. This approach works with both the physical and energy body, and has strong correspondence to yoga practice.

Why do I work through clothes? When I work through clothes, I can work more mindfully and deeply and focus on what I am feeling through my hands. Oils create a barrier as does working with drapes and bits of cloth. It’s counter-intuitive but true for me!

I enjoy providing these yoga-type bodywork sessions and the results they yield. If you want to ask how Thai bodywork may support you, send me a message: Contact
