What is key to this philosophy is the importance of LIFESTYLE. You can do all number of things with nutrition but if the lifestyle isn’t there to provide the space and support, changes to nutrition are limited.
Although this is a process, positive changes can be felt within a few days. After the initial consultation, follow-up appointments help to steady the ship and sustain commitment. In addition to the conversation, some clients have chosen to have a yoga practice to support their journey and/or a form of bodywork
