We invite you to look beyond the baubles and tinsel to explore the story behind Christmas. Whatever your faith or non-faith, you will have an experience of Christmas.

• Where will we unwrap the awe and wonder as we step on our mats?
• What does the story say about being present to all that is other and to ourselves?
• What can we learn from those who were present in the story itself?
• What is this story of incarnation all about?

There will be yoga, reflection and stillness
