Residential Retreats
I will be planning next year’s residential retreat programme over the next couple of months. I have been talking with attendees about future retreats and some of their requests have been for:
- Longer retreats
- Midweek retreats
- Weekend retreats
- Community and shared learning
- Silence and contemplation
- Guided space
- Unguided space
- Just yoga
- Yoga with walking or reiki or a meditation focus
- Just reiki
In summary, the retreats attract people for different reasons. My intention is to publish a programme with scope for all of these aspects to some degree
