I feel ridiculously happy with the classes at the Hub! They create a grounded and focussed energy that continues off the mat. The private studio blends the benefits of an individual lesson with a small class in a beautiful space (yes I’m biased but it’s true!)
Three mats has worked really well so for now that’s our maximum number (advance booking required). A single class costs £15 or buy three passes at £12/class, these can be used for:
If you want to book an individual class or a shared class with one or two friends, this is organised at a time to suit you (£55/class): Quick Booking Link
Two spaces are available at Long Ashton Yoga on Fridays at 9.45 am (£52 for the remaining 4 weeks): Long Ashton Yoga

A regular small group has started to form for weekly Thursday morning meditation (9.30 am)
We tend to start with a hot drink and conversation followed by two seated meditations of about 20 minutes. I lead the first session then we have a few minutes break returning to meditation to sit quietly in a self-guided space
You can be seated on the floor, on a chair or lie down. It’s a gently supportive way to explore meditation and share stillness

The first of monthly reiki healing circles is on Friday afternoon, 18 October. Reiki is a spiritual healing art and energy therapy. During a session, a meditative space is created by the practitioner who lightly places their hands on the person, or just above them, to direct energy and encourage the body to heal itself. It is gentle and non-invasive.
The afternoon is for anyone who wants space to find stillness and relaxation. When we are relaxed, healing is more likely to occur; releasing tension and stress allows our own natural healing system to do what it needs to do. You do not have to have a specific issue, you can just be curious

At the weekend I lead a retreat at Sycamores in Shropshire. This weekend we were discussing our relationship with yoga and practice. One of my aims on retreat is for attendees to enjoy the retreat and continue with practice once they return home
An engaged and open group facilitated a very nourishing weekend. We ended the retreat with everyone having individual time to create a bespoke practice for home. It was a great way to end a heartfelt weekend
Two retreats are offered in March and September next year and spaces are beginning to be booked. If you can’t make the dates but want to experience a yoga or reiki retreat at Sycamores, let me know: Retreats 2025
