There are a few places remaining on the next well being day. I would love to see you there to talk about reimagining Winter and realising the gifts it can offer

This class has really borne fruit for students with many using the recordings to shape their own home practice. Each class is recorded and available for use until the next class. At the end of term, the final class is available until the start of the next term. Ideal for the winter break.
It is not compulsory to arrive on the mat at 7 am on Monday morning, you can just use the recording if that is better for you.

I was reminiscing about the start of online classes. On Monday of the first lockdown in March 2020, we started a new way of practice, getting our heads around zoom, working out how to position mats and camera angles. It was all so new!
Our daily meetings were a lifeline during that time of uncertainty. A space to support each other as sad stories were shared and we adapted to a time of reduced connection and contact.
I’m delighted that we have been able to continue to meet online; it has meant that as you have returned to work or moved away, regular yoga is still possible. Some of you take us on trips – we’ve had views of Scotland, Wales, South England and I think we’ve been to one of the Canary Islands.

It’s been great to see old and new faces at the yoga class on Friday mornings in Long Ashton. I look forward to seeing you for the new term. A couple of spaces remain

The village market takes place on the first Saturday of the month. I will be there on 4 November and 2 December from 9.30 am. Gift certificates will be available
It’s a great morning where I get to talk about therapies, classes and village life. See you there!

I am offering teaching dates once a group starts to form. My next Reiki I course is in January

The next residential retreat at Sycamores is in April next year. There is an early bird rate available until 1 December. The retreat runs from late Friday afternoon to Sunday at 4 pm.
Sycamores is just over a two hour drive from Bristol or you can catch the train to Church Stretton.
This is the view from Caer Caradoc, looking towards the Long Mynd where you will find the Carding Mill Valley and Sycamores (Shropshire)
If you have registered for the April Retreat, I will be emailing later this week

My last day of the year is 21 December, returning Monday, 15 January.
