In September I began studying Ayurveda and when I have met some of you in the real world, I have brought along some food inspired by my studies. I am in the process of writing out the recipes but it’s taking a while.

One of my favourite recipes at the moment is Calm Down Latte (Golden Milk). If you know about dosas, this is ideal for those of you who are vata dominant but it can be used by anyone to calm and sooth the mind and body. I tend to have it in the evening and I sleep amazingly well
