There are many ideas covered in this film about the science behind yoga.  The point is made that those who practice yoga know this stuff but some people need more than anecdotal evidence.  Some ideas that are offered are the effects of meditation and breath control; the science of epigenetics, effects on neurotransmitters and a case study on depression and anxiety disorders.  It’s well worth a watch:
