Residential Yoga Retreat

I have organised a two day retreat at the very beautiful Ammerdown Retreat Centre in Frome. The weekend will include yoga practice, discussion (guided by the Yoga Sutras and life) and quiet spaces. .

• When: 4 – 6 February 2022; Friday afternoon from 3 pm, ending after lunch on Sunday afternoon
• Where: Ammerdown Retreat Centre, Frome (Ammerdown has comprehensive measures in place to adhere to Covid guidelines.)
• Cost: £330.00 per person
  • includes retreat and single room with full board (vegetarian menu)
• Maximum 15 people

There is also a single retreat day on 12 November which is currently fully booked. If you would be interested in coming to this, let me know and I may be able to book a larger room to accommodate more people.

It’s been a few years since I have taken a group away and I’m really looking forward to spending time with you.
