Cancellation Policy

For single day events (workshops, day retreats etc, does not include Reiki Courses):

• Two weeks notice will receive a full refund
• Less than 2 weeks no refund unless your space can be filled, in which case 50% refund

Reiki Courses: Course deposits are non-refundable

• If you are want to change the date of your course, an admin fee may be requested
• If you cancel due to illness or an emergency, you will be booked on the next available course and an admin fee may be requested

Otherwise:

• Full refund of course balance up to one month before date of course
• 50 % of course balance four to two weeks before date of course
• Less than 2 weeks no refund of course balance unless your space can be filled

For therapy appointments:

• 48 hours notice – no charge
• Less than 48 hours – usually the full fee however I do not charge for cancellation due to illness

Other refunds remain at my discretion
