This is perhaps one of the most boring messages to send out however I have been reviewing my working practises to allow more consistency and stability. I hope this message brings transparency and clarification to my revised cancellation policy.
I am now asking for three days’ notice when cancelling or changing appointments to allow me time to fill the space. There will be an additional benefit that I will be able to offer you an alternative appointment sooner rather than later.
As you know, I do not charge for late cancellation due to illness or family emergencies. I have always trusted that this is used with integrity.
Notifications: When your appointment is booked, you receive an e-mail confirmation and text message – please check the date and time is correct. On your e-mail, there is a link enabling you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This link only works up to three days before the time of your appointment. You also receive a reminder three days before we are due to meet. Please let me know if you do not receive these notifications.
Zoom Codes: If we are meeting online, I have one zoom code for all online appointments and classes. The link should be included in your confirmation e-mail. If you cannot find the link, you can use the link from a previous appointment or class or you can message me ahead of our meeting time, and I will provide a link.
If you need to discuss any part of this message, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you for taking the time to read all the way to the end. I hope I will be writing something more interesting in the near future!
