For single day events (workshops, day retreats etc, does not include Reiki Courses):
- Two weeks notice will receive a full refund
- Less than 2 weeks no refund unless your space can be filled, in which case 50% refund
Reiki Courses: Course deposits are non-refundable
- If you are want to change the date of your course, an admin fee may be requested
- If you cancel due to illness or an emergency, you will be booked on the next available course and an admin fee may be requested
Otherwise:
- Full refund of course balance up to one month before date of course
- 50 % of course balance four to two weeks before date of course
- Less than 2 weeks no refund of course balance unless your space can be filled
For therapy appointments:
- 48 hours notice – no charge
- Less than 48 hours – usually the full fee however I do not charge for cancellation due to illness
Other refunds remain at my discretion
