This taster is for complete beginners or if you have limited yoga experience. It is appropriate if any of the following applies to you:
If you want to try yoga but always find an obstacle to starting, this is the place for you. You may decide that a brief encounter is all you need – you are not committing to ongoing practice if it is not for you.
You need a device with internet access and a camera. If you have a yoga mat that’s great but a rug, blanket or towel will work; and somewhere you can stand, sit or lie down without too much interruption. We may talk more than we practice, we can see how it goes
