Yoga for Beginners & Returners

The Studio

I started practising yoga in 1997 when I was pregnant with my eldest child. It is the constant thread through my life and something I share with my family and a wonderful supervision group

Yoga enables us to be aware of different relationships, to create space to be still and centred. I teach a traditional practice to integrate the mind, body and breath

This new four week course introduces the practice of yoga by focusing on posture and breath.

Whether you are completely new to yoga or have not practiced for a while, this class is for you

My aim is to introduce you to the benefits of practice whether you want to work at home or in a class

Through yoga we can develop awareness of which practices encourage mental and physical fitness or discover what is needed to facilitate return to wellness

Once you have completed the four weeks you might decide to sign up to one of the online spaces, attend retreat mornings or book an individual class

  • Fridays: 1000-1100
  • NEW TERM: 9 September
  • 4 weeks @ £45.00 (payment required at time of booking)
  • Private studio in Long Ashton
