Online Term Yoga

I started practising yoga in 1997 when I was pregnant with my eldest child. It is the constant thread through my life and something I share with my family and a wonderful supervision group

Yoga enables us to be aware of different relationships, to create space to be still and centred. I teach a traditional practice to integrate the mind, body and breath

Wednesday evening classes are online. If you are unable to make your booked time and there is space you may come to another class by arrangement

There is an in-person/face to face Sunday morning sanga during the term to support the online classes: Yoga Sanga

Classes are accessible to beginners. If you are completely new to yoga, an individual lesson is useful to look at the class practice and play with variations suitable for your own practice

  • Wednesdays: 1800-1900 and 1915-2015
  • New term starts 10 November for six weeks to 15 December
  • £55.00 for the term
