Online Term Yoga

I started practising yoga in 1997 when I was pregnant with my eldest child. It is the constant thread through my life and something I share with my family and a wonderful supervision group

Yoga enables us to be aware of different relationships, to create space to be still and centred. I teach a traditional practice to integrate the mind, body and breath

A Term of Yoga (online)

All classes are online. If you are unable to make your booked time and there is space you may come to Morning Yoga class by arrangement

There is an in-person/face to face Sunday morning sanga at the end of term to support the online classes: Yoga Sanga

Online Summer Timetable
  • Wednesdays: 1830-1930 (one class only assuming numbers will reduce for August)
    • 28 July – 25 August, 5 weeks @ £45
    • Or individual classes to be booked before the start of term @ £10 per class
  • Morning Yoga – 45 minute classes
    • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 0845
    • Also on Fridays 0730
    • Full rate £7.50 / Lower rate £6.00
    • 3-class week pass
      • Full rate £20.00 / Lower rate £15.00
