Monday 27 June: Scots Pine – Noticing / Responding
Starting the day with meditation is one of the best things we can do for the mind and body. If an early start is not possible for you, the meditation is recorded and available for one week.
We meet via zoom and you can decide whether or not to have your camera on; everyone attending is muted. I am available for a conversation afterwards if you need to ask anything.
Meditations are guided with moments of silence. There is often a nature-based visualisation and exploration of hand mudras and the breath. No experience required, just your presence.
