I started practising yoga in 1997 when I was pregnant with my eldest child. It is the constant thread through my life and something I share with my family and a wonderful supervision group
This block focuses on the time of year, taking us deeper into Autumn. The class is open to everyone but particularly suitable to beginners and returners to practice, with simple breath lead postures culminating in a meditative seated practice
Through yoga we become awareness of which practices encourage mental and physical fitness and discover what is needed to maintain or return to wellness
