The Studio

I started practising yoga in 1997 when I was pregnant with my eldest child. It is the constant thread through my life and something I share with my family and a wonderful community

Yoga enables us to be aware of different relationships, to create space to be still and centred. I teach a traditional practice to integrate the mind, body and breath

The class is open to everyone including beginners and returners to practice, with breath lead postures culminating in a meditative seated practice

Through yoga we become awareness of which practices encourage mental and physical fitness and discover what is needed to maintain or return to wellness

**There will be two Friday morning classes**
  • Fridays 21 April to 26 May
  • 0945-1045 and 1115-1215
  • Cost for six week term @ £67.00
  • Maximum seven people/class
    • There are no refunds for missed classes.
    • If you cannot make your class you may join one of the online classes by arrangement OR
    • If there is space you can come to the other in person class
