The Studio

I started practising yoga in 1997 when I was pregnant with my eldest child. It is the constant thread through my life and something I share with my family and a wonderful supervision group

Yoga enables us to be aware of different relationships, to create space to be still and centred. I teach a traditional practice to integrate the mind, body and breath

Four week blocks to focus on posture and breath.

This block focuses on the time of year, taking us deeper into Autumn. The class is open to everyone but particularly suitable to beginners and returners to practice, with simple breath lead postures culminating in a meditative seated practice

Through yoga we become awareness of which practices encourage mental and physical fitness and discover what is needed to maintain or return to wellness

  • Fridays: 1000-1100
  • Available until 16 December 2022
  • 4 weeks @ £45.00 (payment required at time of booking)
  • Private studio in Long Ashton

Proposed classes for the New Year (there are no classes in January)

  • When: 1000 – 1100 Fridays
    • 3 – 24 February (please note half term week may be online)
    • 10 – 31 March
  • Cost £45 / block
  • Maximum six people
  • If you cannot make your class you may join one of the online classes
