I started practising yoga in 1997 when I was pregnant with my eldest child. It is the constant thread through my life and something I share with my family and a wonderful community
The class is open to everyone including beginners and returners to practice, with breath lead postures culminating in a meditative seated practice
Through yoga we become awareness of which practices encourage mental and physical fitness and discover what is needed to maintain or return to wellness
