Starting the day with yoga and meditation is one of the best things we can do for the mind and body. The classes will be recorded live and be availablfor the term. I hope this will be the perfect way to greet a new week and offer a space for stillness during other times too
Meeting on zoom. Once the class begins, your cameras and audio will be off and I will record the session live. To avoid interruptions during practice, there will be 5 minutes at the end to discuss the practice and ask questions.
The posture practice will be simple and gentle followed by a seated breathing practice and short meditation
Proposed dates for Spring (there are no classes in January)
