Life Online

General group classes are online. In person classes take place once a term with a Sunday morning Sanga. There is also a retreat day in November and a residential retreat in February 2022: Sanga & Retreat

Morning Dailies

A time to get together to connect, practice and pause: 30 minute yoga practices accessible and open to everyone. They are breath led and explore stability, flexibility and inner strength. Each class ends with a moment of reflection. If you are new to yoga, please book in for a free taster for us to meet and to talk about practice
