I started practising yoga in 1997 when I was pregnant with my eldest child. It is the constant thread through my life and something I share with my family and a wonderful supervision group

Yoga for the individual – in class or at home

Classes follow the rhythm of the year as described by Ayurveda

Online on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and in person on Friday mornings in Long Ashton

Monday Yoga & Meditation Online

  • 0700 – 0730
  • All welcome; gentle postures with seated breathing practices and meditation
  • Sessions recorded for continued practice between classes

Wednesday Term Online

  • 1830 – 1930
  • All welcome but a level of mobility and experience is required
  • If there is a week where you cannot make the evening, you can replace it with an online morning class

Friday Morning Online

A time to connect, practice and pause: 45 minute yoga practices accessible and open to everyone. Breath led, exploring stability, flexibility and inner strength. Each class ends with reflection

  • Fridays 0730 and 0830

Friday Morning in Long Ashton

  • 1000 – 1100
  • Four week blocks in a private studio
  • Maximum 6 students per class
  • Practices are open to everyone particularly beginners & returners
  • (1115 – 1215 to be confirmed)
