I started practising yoga in 1997 when I was pregnant with my eldest child. It is the constant thread through my life and something I share with my family and a wonderful supervision group
General group classes are online. In person classes take place once a term. There are also retreat days and a residential retreat planned for February:

A time to get together to connect, practice and pause: 45 minute yoga practices accessible and open to everyone. They are breath led and explore stability, flexibility and inner strength.
