Monday Yoga & Meditation Online

  • 0700 – 0730
  • All welcome; gentle postures with seated breathing practices and meditation
  • Sessions recorded for continued practice between classes

Friday Morning Online

A time to connect, practice and pause: 45 minute yoga practices accessible and open to everyone. Breath led, exploring stability, flexibility and inner strength. Class ends with reflection

  • Fridays 0730-0815

Friday Morning in Long Ashton

  • 0945 – 1045
  • 1115 – 1215
  • Four week blocks in a private studio
  • Maximum 7 students per class
  • Practices are open to everyone including beginners & returners
