I started practising yoga in 1997 when I was pregnant with my eldest child. It is the constant thread through my life and something I share with my family and a wonderful supervision group

Yoga enables us to be aware of different relationships, to create space to be still and centred. I teach a traditional practice to integrate the mind, body and breath

Morning Dailies

A time to get together to connect, practice and pause: 30 minute yoga practices accessible and open to everyone (some experience is useful). They are breath led and explore stability, flexibility and inner strength. Each class ends with a moment of reflection

  • Single class:
    • Full rate @ £6.50
    • Lower rate @ £5.00
  • One week of five classes
    • Full rate @ £28
    • Lower rate @ £20.00

Yoga Term

Wednesday Yoga returns from 3 June for four weeks. From July, lockdown rules may have changed so we can have a combination of online and face to face classes (I hope!). Three classes are available:

  • 1630 – 1730
  • 1800 – 1900
  • 1930 – 2030

The term costs £40.00 with a maximum of 8 spaces per session. If you are unable to make your booked time and there is space, you can come to one of the others, by arrangement.

An individual yoga lesson to create an bespoke practice to work with at home

  • 60 minutes:
    • Full rate @ £45
    • Lower rate @ £30
