I started practising yoga in 1997 when I was pregnant with my eldest child. It is the constant thread through my life and something I share with my family and a wonderful supervision group

Gradually there are more options to practice yoga together: online and face to face

Life Online

I am continuing to organise group teaching online until other options are available. As well as meeting for individual lessons online, we can now indoors for lessons. Providing we observe social distancing, masks are not required but I am happy for us to wear them if you would prefer

A Month of Yoga (online): Wednesdays

July has one more Wednesday with three classes then in August there are two classes on Wednesdays at 1800 or 1930:

  • 12 August to 2 September @ £35 for four weeks or £10 per class, to be prebooked and prepaid (maximum 8 to a class)
  • In September I hope to start a face to face class on Wednesday mornings at 1000 or 1030. Details to be finalised. The evening online classes will remain at 1800 and 1930. This will be a six week term
Morning Dailies (online)

A time to get together to connect, practice and pause: 30 minute yoga practices accessible and open to everyone (some experience is useful). They are breath led and explore stability, flexibility and inner strength. Each class ends with a moment of reflection

Early Morning Dailies (online)

Monday and Friday mornings 0730. Can be part of a week of Morning Dailies

Meditation (online)

Monday evenings at 8.00 pm for 45 minutes. From August we will be meeting twice a month, not weekly

For the individual (online & face to face)

An individual yoga lesson to create an bespoke practice to work with at home

Free taster (online)

A 30 minute appointment to discuss yoga and how it might be suitable for you. We can go through some basic postures and talk about breathwork and what you would like from a practice.
