I started practising yoga in 1997 when I was pregnant with my eldest child. It is the constant thread through my life and something I share with my family and a wonderful supervision group

This is a new class and I am waiting to see what people want in terms of timings and how often. At the moment it’s on some Mondays at 8.30 pm with the possibility of Wednesdays too …
One Monday evening per month at 8.00 pm for 45 minutes.
