Wednesday evenings: This year, evening Summer Yoga will run for five weeks. Each class will last two hours. As well as asana (postures), there will be a guided meditation (similar to yoga nidra) followed by Ayurvedic tea to wake you up for your journey home. (I will be posting information about yoga nidra and guided meditation before the summer sessions begin.)

The classes are on Wednesdays, 1900 – 2100, 31 July – 28 August

Pre-booked places must be paid for by 31 July

  • £15 per session, or
  • £65 for full five weeks
  • Spaces are limited with current students being given priority (as of today, 10 July, there are two to four spaces left)
  • Please contact me to book your space: contact

What to bring: traditionally Yoga Nidra is experienced lying down. You may be still for 45 minutes. Please bring bolsters or cushions if lying in savasana for that length of time is difficult. You also have the option of sitting in a chair or on a meditation stool. Whatever position you choose, ideally you will not be changing it during the practice.

Friday mornings: Join me at 7.30 am for an hour of yoga and breathwork to ease out the week to give a great start to Friday leading into the weekend.

The classes are on Fridays, 0730-0830, 2 – 30 August (5 weeks)

  • £45 for the full term, or
  • £25 with a further £5/class attended
  • If it’s mid-term and you are new to the class, pro rata rates available providing there is space
  • Friday classes only – payment can be made online before the start of the term or at the first class
  • Please contact me to book your space: contact

I am available through August for individual lessons and therapies
