I started practising yoga in 1997 when I was pregnant with my eldest child. It is the constant thread through my life and something I share with my family and a wonderful supervision group

Morning Dailies

A time to get together to connect, practice and pause: 30 minute yoga practices accessible and open to everyone. They are breath led and explore stability, flexibility and inner strength. Each class ends with a moment of reflection. If you are new to yoga, please book in for a free taster for us to meet and to talk about practice

Monday evenings at 8.00 pm for 45 minutes. Second and Fourth Mondays of the month, holidays allowing (**ADDITIONAL DATES ADDED)

Yoga Therapy: an individual yoga lesson to create an bespoke practice to work with at home

Yoga for pregnancy & active birth is also available

Free taster for new students (online)

A 30 minute appointment to discuss yoga and how it might be suitable for you. We can go through some basic postures and talk about breathwork and what you would like from a practice.
