I am continuing to organise class teaching online. I suspect this will not change until the new year. Individual lessons can be booked online or we can meet face to face.

Morning Dailies

A time to get together to connect, practice and pause: 30 minute yoga practices accessible and open to everyone. They are breath led and explore stability, flexibility and inner strength. Each class ends with a moment of reflection. If you are new to yoga, please book in for a free taster for us to meet and to talk about practice

Early Morning Dailies

Monday, Wednesday and Friday (45 minutes) mornings 0730. Can be part of a week of Morning Dailies

Meditation

Monday evenings at 8.00 pm for 45 minutes. Second and Fourth Mondays of the month

For the individual (online & face to face)

Yoga Therapy: an individual yoga lesson to create an bespoke practice to work with at home

Free taster (online)

A 30 minute appointment to discuss yoga and how it might be suitable for you. We can go through some basic postures and talk about breathwork and what you would like from a practice.
