Morning Retreats at Yanley

This is a space to retreat on Sunday mornings in the Loft at Yanley Court. A time to practice, reflect and connect. The morning is a place of sangha (community) and includes yoga practices, social time, group discussion and pranayama (seated breathing practice) & meditation.

Some feedback from April’s morning retreat:

As always, your yoga session was a holistic and healing experience, engaging body and mind. It was a real treat to devote a whole morning to the practice and being able to have more time for reflection and discussion, and to connect with others in the group. It really did have the powerful feel of a retreat but perfect for me on a sunday morning as I wouldn’t be able to do a whole weekend.’

I really enjoyed the morning retreat. I’ve been handling quite a lot of anxiety recently … this put me back in touch with yoga, getting back into the idea of a home practice and also reducing my anxiety massively. Thank you!’
