Morning Retreats

A morning to retreat.  A time to practice, reflect and connect. It is a place of sangha (community) and includes yoga practices, social time, group discussion and pranayama (seated breathing practice) & meditation.

There will be two mornings next year: Sunday 24 February and Sunday 17 November

  • Time: 0930 – 1230
  • Spaces: Maximum 10 (minimum 5)
  • Cost: £30 per person (payment due at time of booking)

I will open the bookings in January for the February date.  Please make a note in your diary!

As always, your yoga session was a holistic and healing experience, engaging body and mind. It was a real treat to devote a whole morning to the practice and being able to have more time for reflection and discussion, and to connect with others in the group.
