Therapies

Yoga is a practice to bring mind and body into alignment with mindful breathing, considered movement and moments of stillness. It is the ultimate self-care practice. There are different options to access yoga with Yvonne

Reiki is a simple meditative, self-care practice from Japan and encourages inner calm and release of stress. There is a sense of being grounded and centred

As well as appointments to receive reiki, you can attend a course to deepen your understanding and focus your own practice. For most practitioners, reiki offers a space to explore their spiritual side and deepen their own healing

A personal reiki practice involves a meditation based practice with options to attend shares to meet other practitioners and be part of a gentle, like-minded community

Yvonne has been a complementary therapist and teacher for 25 years. Her practice has evolved through her experience with clients and training from excellent schools and teachers

Embodied Health employs self care and nourishment practices from yoga, Ayurveda and bodywork disciplines. You will be supported to find your nourishing lifestyle that is sustainable and enjoyable whilst fostering resilience, strength and adaptability.

This approach cultivates a sense of wellness allowing life to flow smoothly. If you hit a bump in the road, you will have the awareness to take action and, if necessary, know what support to seek
