This online space started during the first lockdown and has evolved into a guided journey, following some traditional celebrations and symbolism found in nature.
All you need is a quiet space where you feel comfortable to close your eyes and drift away to a guided visualisation. There are moments of silence too. It is a welcomed shared experience during a time of restriction.
At the end of the meditation you can just wave goodbye and drift on with your evening.
