An evening practice to bring you into your body, allowing you to breathe the day away to prepare for sleep

This practice is suitable for everyone, no experience required. The practice will have gentle, restorative postures with a breath focus leading to a quiet space. At the end of the practice you can just switch off your device and be enveloped in calm

Guided Meditation also happens on Monday evenings so check out via the CALENDAR which Monday offering is on.
