Free Yoga Taster

I started practising yoga in 1997 when I was pregnant with my eldest child. It is the constant thread through my life and something I share with my family and a wonderful supervision group

An individual appointment to discuss yoga and explore some basic principles

Who’s it for?

This taster is for complete beginners or if you have limited yoga experience. It is appropriate if any of the following applies to you:

  • I am curious about yoga but do not know if it’s for me
  • I have been to yoga before but felt intimidated
  • I used to do yoga but it was a long time ago
  • I am too stiff
  • I am too young
  • I am too old
  • I feel anxious about doing something new
  • I have some questions to ask
  • I have some questions but I don’t know what they are …

If you want to try yoga but always find an obstacle to starting, this is the place for you. You may decide that a brief encounter is all you need – you are not committing to ongoing practice if it is not for you.

You need a device with internet access and a camera. If you have a yoga mat that’s great but a rug, blanket or towel will work; and somewhere you can stand, sit or lie down without too much interruption
