Join The Hub: Small Group Yoga and Meditation Classes in Autumn

Small group classes are available in the Autumn from my private studio in Long Ashton. The Hub is a place for small groups and individuals to explore reflective practice through yoga and meditation in community. I’m developing my programme and it would be great to know how you would like to use the space. (Online and Long Ashton classes continue.)

I have scheduled four new classes. There are drop-in rates plus discounts given for 4 and 6 week passes:

  • Meditation Café (7 spaces), Thursday at 9.30 am from 12 September
  • Hub Small Group Classes (4 spaces)
    • Yoga for Beginners & Returners, Saturdays at 9.30 am from 14 September
    • Yoga & Meditation, Wednesdays at 9.30 am from 2 October
  • Pregnancy Yoga (3 spaces), Saturdays at 11.00 am from 14 September
