A note about … appointments before Christmas
I don’t usually mention the C word until mid December however with only four weeks to go the diary is filling up. If you know you want an appointment between now and then, please book in. I am not available in January. I will return to client work and yoga teaching from 1 February 2023 – the online system is and will be open for bookings
Yoga Intention for 2023
Providing the classes are still wanted in the Spring, I intend to teach yoga in its current online form through February and March. If numbers reduce I may change days/times

Retreats@Sycamore 2023
The March retreat is full (cancellation list available). The June retreat is for Reiki practitioners (preferably Level II and III). There are two additional yoga retreats planned for September and November. If you register your interest I will be in touch a few months before the date of the retreat with booking information
