What’s coming up

As the August yoga term is complete there are no classes next week. Classes return in September:

• Online Morning Yoga from 12 September (term payments or individual class bookings)
• Online Term Yoga, 6 week term from 14 September (term payment)
• New Class in Long Ashton: Yoga Beginners & Returners, 4 week course from 9 September (course payment)

Appointments: there are a few spaces left next week. Online booking is available. If you decide to message me please be aware that I am now offline until Tuesday morning

The website has information about Reiki courses, a Reiki Chat (information afternoon) and other appointments including massage, reflexology, yoga, reiki and Ayurvedic consultations
