- Week 1: What is yoga?
- Week 2: Sthira & Sukha / Strength & Flexibility
- Week 3: Exploring the breath
- Week 4: Abhyāsa & Vairagya / Putting the support in place & letting go of the outcome
The translations are limited as Sanskrit words have layers of meaning but this will be our starting point. The course will introduce the practice of yoga and suggest how we take our practice off the mat.
This is a lifetime’s practice but we will see where we get in 4 weeks!
