Monday morning meditations return tomorrow at 0645 for a four week block. This is open to anyone who would like to co-create a home practice. You do not need any special skills to do this. Setting an intention to practice and making a commitment to self care is powerful and ripples outwards. Others will benefit too.
We meet online. It is up to you whether you have the camera on, everyone is muted. I will be available after the meditation if you would like to ask anything or share your experience with me. If you are unable to make the early mornings, a recording of the meditation will be made available later on Monday and be available for the week, to access as often as you want.
