This is the final meditation for May. There will be another block of four starting 6 June. If an early start is not possible for you, there is a recording available until the next meditation. The meditations are open to anyone who would like to co-create a home practice. You do not need any special skills to do this. Setting an intention to practice and making a commitment to self care is powerful and ripples outwards. Others will benefit too.
