For 10 days in April, we met at 6.45 am for a short meditation to greet the day and share a moment in community and gratitude. Although we were raising money for the British Red Cross (an amazing £545), many of you told me how useful it had been for you personally.
In May I will be leading a live early meditation on Monday mornings (online) with an audio recording available for one week. This is open to anyone who would like to co-create a home practice. You do not need any special skills to do this. Setting an intention to practice and making a commitment to self care is powerful and ripples outwards. Others will benefit too.
We will meet online. It is up to you whether you have the camera on, everyone will be muted. I will be available after the meditation if you would like to ask anything or share your experience with me.
