πŸ‚ What is a Reiki Walk?

Last Friday we met for the first Reiki walk. I was unsure how the afternoon would evolve. The weather was changeable. I had had a full on week and felt I had not really prepared a space for a group to meet. I had to trust it would be as it needed to be.

I loved it. The weather was a mix of sun, rain and wind. We walked across the balloon field, crunched our way through fallen beech leaves and undressed trees as we made our way up to the meadow behind the trees lining the old road to Weston (I am told the Smythe family used to use to ride from there to Weston). We cut through the wood to marvel at the Ash tree and find a place to sit under a beautfiul Oak. We were fairly sheltered from the rain and wind but as we sat in silence with our own thoughts and connected to our reiki practice, the sun came out to give a bit of warmth.

It was a wonderful way to transition from week to weekend and spend time with a reflective, gentle group of people – thank you.

The walks are aimed at people who have studied Reiki. The next walk is the afternoon of 28 January … almost Spring! We will return to Ashton Court. When daylight hours are longer we can travel further afield. For more information: Contact
