This Sunday morning is our first meeting outside of Zoom since March 2020. I’m looking forward to sharing space to practice, discuss ideas as well as catching up with each other. There is plenty of room to maintain social distancing all morning. Part of our discussion will focus on pranayama and why it is an important practice.
