Morning everyone!

I return to work on Monday and it will be the first week of a full return to in-person appointments. The diary is filling up for April but there are a few spaces remaining. Please feel free to book online or send me a message: Contact

A reminder of dates:

Online Yoga: 

  • Morning Dailies return 12 April
  • Friday Early Bird Online returns 16 April
  • Evening Breathing Space 12 & 26 April
  • Term Yoga:
    • Thursdays from 15 April (7 weeks)
    • Wednesdays from 21 April (6 weeks)
    • If you cannot make your usual class, you can come to another class for that week (by arrangement)
    • From Thursday, 10 June there will be the option to come to an in-person class at Church House, Long Ashton (1000-1100). I am unsure of the restrictions at this stage. Presumably the need for your own mat/equipment, masks when you are off your mat and social distancing. Please let me know if you are interested

Online Guided Meditation: 19 April

Yoga for Easter & NHS Together

There is a 30 minute yoga practice available until 19 April. I am asking for donations for NHS Together.

I really enjoyed the Reiki talks and thank you for your feedback and reflections. If you haven’t written to me yet, I hope you will over the next couple of weeks. The talks have been removed from vimeo but if need access to them, please let me know
