I really enjoyed our online guided meditation last night. Next Monday at 8.30 pm, I will be leading a gentle 30 minute yoga lesson to include gentle restorative postures and breath awareness leading to a quiet space. At the end of the session, you can just switch off the device and melt into the rest of your evening.
You will not need lots of space but being able to raise the arms and having enough room to lie down would be useful, perhaps a blanket, as well as an internet connection. (I will send you the zoom link once you are booked in.)
