Yoga: Morning Dailies & Early Bird Fridays

Morning Dailies continue next week, Monday to Friday at 9.30 am with two additional classes at 8.30 am on Mondays and Fridays. These are 30 minute practices. You can pick and choose your classes coming to one or more. Some people sign up for the week and enjoy the space to practice daily within a group. We have spent a couple of weeks exploring placing the breath in the body to experience space as we work with various postures to prepare for cobra/bhujangasana. Next week we are developing this further with arm movement

As people return to work, I’ve been asked about earlier classes so we see the return of Early Bird Fridays at 7.30 am. This is an extension of the Morning Daily practice and is a slightly longer class (45 minutes). If you book a week of Dailies this can be included in your week of five:
