Polls, plans & poems

Another week passes … anyone else wondering where the time goes?

The results of the Doodle poll regarding yoga classes is that I need to be clearer with my intention and questions! For the term commitment, I have decided to keep the same pattern of teaching throughout June as I feel that some consistency is needed. We have one more lesson this week then a four week term starting on 3 June taking us to 24 June. It may be that from the start of July I am able to teach you as a group ‘live’! If that happens I will continue to offer online provision as several people have said that they will be need to isolate beyond lifting of restrictions. Classes will continue through the summer.

I have provisionally booked Thursday evening from 7.30 pm at Flax Bourton village hall (Farleigh Green Google Maps BS48 1UR). This is at the ‘other end’ of Long Ashton. It’s a really lovely hall with plenty of space – ideal if observing social distancing. I have a couple of other venues to research. It’s very difficult to plan anything at the moment but I will let you know as things evolve.

The thirty minute Morning Dailies continue without a break. These are at 9.30 am every weekday with two additional classes on Monday and Friday at 8.30 am.

Here is the basic schedule for June and a link to the yoga page: Yoga

A weekly evening meditation also starts in June at 8.00 pm on Mondays. This will be a guided breath meditation with gentle visualisation. If you would like to have a meditation meeting during the day let me know. This can be individual or I can set another group up: Evening Meditation

And finally, here is the reading from last Wednesday’s classes:

Wishing you a good week, Yvonne x

  1. Dear Yvonne

I think I would like to do the evening meditations starting in June please. I’ve not really done any meditation before, so it’s a bit of a new experience and I’d like to see how I get on.

    Thanks Annette
