New logo & the triskele

I’ve had a new logo created. If you follow me on social media, you will be aware of this as I’ve posted it everywhere! I’m delighted with it.

The triskele is representative of the work I do and my personal practice. It is found in several cultures and has different but similar interpretations. The three arms can be considered to represent cycles and energy moving from the centre. One meaning of the triskele is that it represents a journey of forward motion to reach understanding. The arms are often connected to a trinity, eg life-death-rebirth, spirit-mind-body, past-present-future and creation-preservation-destruction.
