2019 & stuff

Calendar and Dates

I’m putting together my schedule of classes, workshops and courses for 2019. I can’t figure out how to import the calendar so you just click on the menu and it magically appears; am working on it.  In the meantime, do have a go at accessing the calendar via the calendar page and let me know how it goes:  calendar

Yoga

I have made three films, working out how to fit the whole me in the screen whilst being audible.  I think I managed it with the last one but my phone froze and I disappeared to somewhere.  I may need to update my phone …  I am hoping to produce something for the Winter break and will let you know when it’s available.

Next week is the final lesson of term.  We return in January on Wednesday the ninth.  The first morning retreat of the year is Sunday, 17 February.

Reiki Spaces and Elemental Healing

I have added dates to the calender for reiki shares (evening), courses, workshops and equinox/solstice healing circles (daytime).  I have them all planned but am still writing the pages for you to look through and see what grabs your attention.

Bodywork news

I have moved from the futon to the massage couch.  It seems I am heading towards the next phase of womanhood.  I am experiencing a whole new balance of hormones and challenges and with that comes a need to accept the support the couch offers.  If you are used to working with me on the futon, I hope you will be open to trying bodywork on the couch.  (Discussion about perimenopause is completely optional.)

In other news, I am starting an Ayurvedic massage course in the New Year.  I see this as part of my yoga and bodywork journey.  This will also give the option of clothed and skin to skin massage.  Will let you know how it goes and hopefully tempt you to a new bodywork experience.

Gift Vouchers

A reminder that gift vouchers are available for individual appointments, courses of embodied therapy and yoga: gift-certificates
